Working Principle 

  1. Feed Distribution & Film Formation: The preheated raw liquid is evenly distributed across the inner walls of vertical heating tubes via a precision liquid distributor, forming a thin, downward-flowing falling film. This design ensures maximum contact with the heating surface.

  2. MVR Vapor Recompression: As the liquid film boils under vacuum conditions (-0.06 to -0.095 MPa) to generate secondary steam, the MVR compressor aspirates, compresses, and heats this steam. The compressed steam is then fed back into the heating jackets as the primary heat source, creating a closed-loop energy cycle.

  3. Gentle Evaporation: The compressed steam heats the falling liquid film at a low temperature (45-75°C), causing the solvent (usually water) to evaporate. The short residence time (2-5 seconds) prevents thermal degradation, ensuring the integrity of the original product.

  4. Vapor-Liquid Separation: The concentrated liquid and generated vapor separate naturally in the vapor-liquid separator at the bottom of the unit.

  5. Condensation & Discharge: Non-condensable gases are removed by a vacuum system. The concentrated product is continuously discharged at the desired concentration, while the condensed vapor (pure water) is collected for reuse or discharge.
