Yiwu Weihao Machinery Equipment Company professional evaporator manufacturer specializing in high-salinity wastewater treatment equipment, we design and produce high-performance MVR Evaporators for Sodium Chloride Wastewater Treatment. This equipment combines the ultra-energy-saving advantage of MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) technology with the anti-crystallization, anti-scaling performance of optimized forced circulation design, solving the pain points of high energy consumption, easy scaling, and difficult salt recovery in sodium chloride wastewater treatment, providing a high-efficiency, low-consumption, and environmentally friendly zero-liquid-discharge (ZLD) solution for enterprises.
Our MVR Evaporator for Sodium Chloride Wastewater Treatment is a specialized high-efficiency energy-saving equipment, tailored for treating high-salinity sodium chloride (NaCl) wastewater from various industries. Integrating MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) technology and optimized forced circulation design, it is engineered to solve the core pain points of sodium chloride wastewater treatment—such as high salt content, easy crystallization, scaling, and high energy consumption. Widely used in chemical, electroplating, food processing, and desalination industries, this equipment realizes efficient concentration, salt recovery, and zero liquid discharge (ZLD) of sodium chloride wastewater, helping enterprises meet environmental emission standards and achieve resource reuse.
Feed Preparation: Sodium chloride wastewater is pre-filtered to remove solid impurities and suspended particles, adjusted to appropriate temperature and viscosity, avoiding blockage of circulation pumps and heating tubes during crystallization.
Forced Circulation: The pre-treated sodium chloride wastewater is pumped into the heating chamber by a high-pressure, anti-clogging circulation pump, forming a high-speed turbulent flow in the heating tubes—effectively preventing sodium chloride crystal deposition, scaling, and tube blockage.
Evaporation & MVR Vapor Recompression: The wastewater is heated by recompressed steam in the heating tubes, and under vacuum conditions (-0.07 to -0.095 MPa), the water in the wastewater boils and evaporates to generate secondary steam. The MVR compressor suctions and compresses the secondary steam, increasing its temperature and pressure to become high-quality heating steam, which is then recycled back to the heating chamber for reuse—greatly reducing external steam demand.
Crystallization & Vapor Condensation: As water evaporates, the sodium chloride concentration in the wastewater reaches saturation, and crystals begin to form. The forced circulation ensures uniform crystal growth, while only a small amount of non-condensable gas and residual vapor are condensed by the condenser, reducing water and energy consumption.
Salt Recovery & Discharge: The sodium chloride crystal-slurry mixture is continuously discharged from the evaporator, entering a separator for solid-liquid separation—sodium chloride crystals are collected for reuse or sale, and the condensed pure water is recycled for production or discharged up to standard, realizing zero liquid discharge.
Ultra Energy-Saving: MVR system recompresses and reuses secondary steam, reducing external steam consumption by 80–90% compared to traditional single-effect evaporators and 50–70% compared to multi-effect evaporators, significantly lowering operation costs for sodium chloride wastewater treatment.
Anti-Crystallization & Anti-Scaling: High-speed forced circulation creates strong turbulent flow, preventing sodium chloride crystal deposition and scaling on heating tube walls; optimized tube structure and anti-clogging pumps avoid equipment downtime, ensuring long-term stable continuous operation.
High Salt Adaptability: Specifically designed for sodium chloride wastewater with salt content 50,000–200,000 ppm, capable of handling high-concentration brine and realizing efficient salt recovery and zero liquid discharge (ZLD).
Corrosion & Wear Resistance: Contact parts are made of high-grade corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials (316L stainless steel, Hastelloy optional), resisting corrosion from high-salinity sodium chloride wastewater and wear from sodium chloride crystals.
Efficient Salt Recovery: Equipped with optimized crystallization control system, ensuring uniform sodium chloride crystal size (0.1–5mm adjustable), high crystal purity (up to 98%+), realizing resource reuse and reducing waste.
Intelligent & Easy Operation: PLC + HMI automatic control system, real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, salt concentration, and crystal size; automatic adjustment of MVR compressor speed and circulation flow, realizing unmanned operation and easy maintenance.
