Different from traditional forced circulation evaporators, it is equipped with a high-efficiency MVR compressor, which recompresses the secondary steam generated during evaporation into high-temperature, high-pressure steam, and reuses it as the heating source for the evaporator—greatly reducing the demand for external fresh steam and energy consumption. The forced circulation design ensures stable operation for high-viscosity, scaling-prone liquids, while the MVR system achieves ultra-low energy consumption, helping enterprises reduce operation costs and carbon emissions.
Feed Preparation: Raw liquid (industrial wastewater, chemical solution, food liquid, etc.) is pre-filtered to remove impurities, adjusted to appropriate viscosity and temperature to ensure smooth circulation.
Forced Circulation: The pre-treated liquid is pumped into the heating chamber by a high-pressure, anti-clogging circulation pump, forming a high-speed turbulent flow in the heating tubes—preventing material deposition, scaling, and blockage.
Evaporation & MVR Vapor Recompression: The liquid is heated by the recompressed steam in the heating tubes, and under vacuum conditions (-0.06 to -0.095 MPa), the water in the liquid boils and evaporates to generate secondary steam. The MVR compressor suctions and compresses the secondary steam, increasing its temperature and pressure to become high-quality heating steam, which is then recycled back to the heating chamber.
Vapor Condensation (Minimal): Due to the high reuse rate of secondary steam, only a small amount of non-condensable gas and residual vapor need to be condensed by the condenser, reducing water and energy consumption.
Concentration & Discharge: The liquid is continuously circulated and concentrated to the required concentration, then continuously discharged; the forced circulation ensures uniform concentration, and the MVR system maintains stable energy supply, realizing efficient and low-consumption operation.
Ultra Energy-Saving: MVR system recompresses and reuses secondary steam, reducing external steam consumption by 80–90% compared to traditional single-effect evaporators and 50–70% compared to multi-effect evaporators, significantly lowering operation costs.
