Our forced circulation evaporator for chemical slurry is a specialized equipment tailored for high-viscosity, high-solids chemical slurry processing, widely used in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and fine chemical industries. Unlike conventional evaporators, it adopts a high-power forced circulation design, combined with anti-clogging and corrosion-resistant structural optimization, to effectively handle chemical slurries containing solid particles (up to 30%) and high viscosity (up to 10,000 cP). The equipment ensures uniform heating, prevents slurry deposition and scaling, realizes efficient concentration and crystallization, and helps enterprises improve production efficiency, reduce material waste, and meet industrial processing standards.

Working Principle (Simplified)

  1. Feed Preparation: Chemical slurry is pre-filtered to remove large solid impurities (above 5mm), adjusted to appropriate viscosity, avoiding blockage of circulation pumps and heating tubes.

  2. Forced Circulation: The pre-treated chemical slurry is pumped into the heating chamber by a high-pressure, anti-clogging circulation pump, forming a high-speed turbulent flow in the heating tubes—this prevents slurry deposition, solid particle adhesion, and scaling on the tube walls.

  3. Heating & Evaporation: The slurry is heated by steam (or hot oil) in the heating tubes, and under vacuum conditions (-0.06 to -0.095 MPa), the solvent in the slurry boils and evaporates at a low temperature (60–90°C), avoiding chemical component degradation.

  4. Vapor Condensation: The generated solvent vapor is condensed into liquid by a condenser, which can be recycled for production or treated up to standard before discharge.

  5. Slurry Concentration & Crystallization: The unevaporated chemical slurry is continuously circulated and concentrated until it reaches the required concentration or saturation state, then enters the crystallization unit for solid-liquid separation—achieving product purification and resource recovery.
