Product Details

Our forced circulation evaporator for salty water / brine is a specialized equipment tailored for high-salinity liquid processing, widely used in chemical, petrochemical, textile, food, and environmental protection industries. Unlike conventional evaporators, it adopts a forced circulation design—driven by high-power pumps to ensure rapid and uniform circulation of brine in the heating tubes, effectively preventing scaling and fouling (a common problem in brine treatment). The equipment can handle brine with salinity up to 200,000 ppm, realizing efficient concentration, salt recovery, and zero liquid discharge, helping enterprises meet environmental emission standards and reduce resource waste.

Working Principle 

  1. Feed Preparation: High-salinity brine or salty water is pre-filtered to remove solid impurities, avoiding blockage of heating tubes and circulation pumps.

  2. Forced Circulation: The pre-treated brine is pumped into the heating chamber by a high-pressure circulation pump, forming a high-speed turbulent flow in the heating tubes—this prevents salt crystallization and scaling on the tube walls.

  3. Heating & Evaporation: The brine is heated by steam in the heating tubes, and under vacuum conditions (-0.06 to -0.095 MPa), the water in the brine boils and evaporates at a low temperature (50–80°C).

  4. Vapor Condensation: The generated water vapor is condensed into pure water by a condenser, which can be recycled for production or discharged up to standard.

  5. Brine Concentration & Salt Recovery: The unevaporated brine is continuously circulated and concentrated until it reaches the saturation state, then enters the crystallization unit for salt separation and recovery—achieving resource reuse and zero liquid discharge.
