Our forced circulation evaporator for Food & Honey is a specialized food-grade equipment tailored for heat-sensitive food materials and honey processing, widely used in food, beverage, and honey industries. Unlike industrial-grade evaporators, it adopts a gentle forced circulation design combined with food-safe structural optimization, effectively handling high-viscosity materials (honey, fruit syrup, fruit puree) and heat-sensitive food liquids, while strictly complying with food hygiene standards. The equipment realizes low-temperature, short-time concentration, maximally retains the natural nutrients, original flavor, and color of food and honey, avoids crystallization and viscosity deterioration, and helps enterprises improve product quality and production efficiency.

Working Principle (Simplified)

  1. Feed Preparation: Raw food materials (fruit juice, fruit puree, syrup) or honey are pre-filtered to remove impurities and large particles, adjusted to appropriate viscosity to ensure smooth circulation.

  2. Forced Circulation: The pre-treated food material or honey is pumped into the heating chamber by a food-grade, low-shear circulation pump, forming a gentle turbulent flow in the heating tubes—preventing material sticking, scorching, and nutrient degradation.

  3. Low-Temperature Evaporation: The material is heated by low-temperature steam in the heating tubes, and under high vacuum conditions (-0.07 to -0.095 MPa), the water in the material boils and evaporates at a low temperature (45–65°C), avoiding thermal damage to nutrients and flavors.

  4. Vapor Condensation: The generated water vapor is condensed into pure water by a food-grade condenser, which can be recycled for production or discharged up to standard, ensuring no cross-contamination.

  5. Concentration & Discharge: The concentrated food material or honey is continuously circulated and concentrated to the required density, then continuously discharged; the gentle circulation ensures uniform concentration and consistent product quality.
