Our forced circulation evaporative crystallizer is designed for continuous crystallization in high-salt, high-viscosity, scaling-prone liquids. Widely used in chemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and seawater salt production, it realizes efficient solid-liquid separation and resource recovery.
The material is driven by a circulation pump at high flow velocity through the heating chamber, avoiding direct heating on the crystal slurry to prevent fouling and blockage. Under vacuum and low-temperature conditions, the solvent evaporates, causing the solute to reach supersaturation and form uniform crystals. The crystal slurry circulates continuously, ensuring stable crystal growth and reliable discharge.
